We usually call at least an hour in advance, the wait times can be long. But you can tell (and see in the kitchen) that they are busy preparing your food and not just heating it up or scooping it from a trough. Great staff, great food. The medium spiciness is an Indian medium, so be sure to adjust accordingly if you don’t know what you’re in for. I like spicy and the medium is perfect! ”
